Outside you will find a furnished balcony and a large terrace with a dining area, a lounge area, recliners and a barbecue area with an outdoor kitchen. The absolute highlight, however, is the 30 m² pool, where a small waterfall splashes and provides for refreshment on hot summer days. Due to the ideal location of the property, you will enjoy a maximum level of privacy and yet you are still just 1.5 km or a 2-minute drive from shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. Also the popular beaches and bays of the east coast are only 15 km from the accommodation. Please note that the property has a heat pump in the living room, kitchen and bedrooms. To heat the bathroom, there is a small heater. If you book during the winter months when it is cold, we will activate the heating one or two days prior to you arrival so that the house is warm when you arrive.
