Acquired in 2013 the villa was completely renovated by its current German owners. Currently available to rent is the upper apartment that has its independent entrance from the street and with a very complete area of 170 m2 has a huge terrace with beautiful sea view, a large living room and two large bedrooms where you can sleep comfortably 5 people, including 6. It also has two modern bathrooms. All rooms have inverter type air conditioning that provides cold in summer and heat in winter. We strive to provide a wide range of quality 100% cotton bedding and good towels.
The apartment is complemented with a large and very complete kitchen. Adjacent there is a pantry and a laundry. All appliances, kitchen, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, etc. are new and impeccable. The assortment of pots, crockery, cutlery and glasses is first quality and complete as in your home.
In the room there is a 52 "TV and a stereo. The fiber optic WIFI connection has its own independent router.
