This beautiful penthouse is the best situated in the front Isla Canela beach with fantastic sea views and in the block overlooking the swimming pool and the gardens and offers the best access to the beachfront out. Property consist of 100 m interior space and 100 m outdoor terracing, penthouse has a glazed terrace and another outdoor. As a resident you will have full use of the swimming pool & children pool in season , 3 bedroom penthouse, sleeps 7, with gardens, tennis court, 2 paddle tennis court, children play area on prestigious beach fronted development on the borders of Spain and Portugal known as the Spanish Algarve.

THE BEACH: 7 kms of marvelous fine sandy beach and beautiful promenade, restaurants,paddle tennis, water sports, shopping areas and all the flavour of Andalusia.
