An absolutely fantastic 6 bedroom villa with stunning views presented to a very high standard.This villa has been renovated with the guests comfort in mind, affording beautiful views and maximum luxury.The house comprises of 260square meters and is spread over four floors. The top floor hosts a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and terrace off the bedroom with seating area to enjoy the amazing views over the communal pool and La Herradura bay.The ground floor has three bedrooms, one double or twin with en-suite shower room, one double with private balcony and a bedroom with two sets of bunk beds, perfect for the kids. There is also a separate shower room on this floor.Off the ground floor there is a further staircase to the living/dining level. As you come down the stairs the room opens out to a massive open plan living/dining area with fully fitted kitchen including two fridge/freezers, two dishwashers, oven and integrated microwave, wine/beer fridge, two sinks and plenty of work space. There is a large dining table and comfortable sofa area with Apple television.This large room then opens up to the outside areas which are fantastic. Good sized swimming pool (heated on request), large seating area, built in gas BBQ, sink and dining area. The views again are wonderful and the perfect place to soak up the sun and relax.Also off the living area is a separate WC.The lower level of the house boasts a further seating area with television, utility with washer/dryer and sink and two bedrooms both with en-suite shower rooms, one of which can be a twin or double and the other is a double. Both these bedrooms have doors leading to the lower terrace where one will find the jacuzzi, table tennis table and garden.There is air conditioning/heating in all the rooms and good strong wifi in all areas of the house. There is also a fire in the Iiving room in case of chilly autumn nights!The house is perfect for a group of friends or two or three families. The house has 210 square meters of outside space so room enough for everyone!La Herradura is only a 10 minute drive away where you will find an array of restaurants and bars and plenty of shops and the lovely horseshoe beach. The Sierra Nevada mountains are only a 1 hour 15 minute drive, perfect for walking in the summer or skiing in winter.
