This house is spread over two floors and a loft. On the ground floor there is the living room with several sofas and armchairs around a small table. It is very bright and spacious. Next to the living room is the American-style kitchen, that is, open to the living room. It is fully equipped with everything you need, as it has, among other things, a fridge, microwave, wood-burning oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, kitchenware, toaster, etc.
On this floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi.
On the upper floor there are the three remaining bedrooms, one with a double bed and two of them with two single beds each, and the full bathroom with a shower.
In the outdoor area next to the house there is a porch where there is a table with chairs to meet in company outdoors. A few meters from the house is the swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers to lie down and sunbathe. Furthermore, the exterior of the house is perfectly maintained with paths that lead from the exit to the door of the house, surrounded by vegetation and grass and adding colour and nature to the house.
An important aspect to highlight is that the house is adapted and equipped for people with reduced mobility. The lower floor is completely open-plan and access to both the house and the pool is via ramps. In addition, we have a full bathroom with all the requirements for wheelchairs/mobility problems.
The good location of the house, close to Granada and the coast, means that in just a few minutes by car you can reach both areas of the province. In addition, the house is located away, with no neighbours in a nearby radius and is fenced, providing privacy and the much-desired rest.
