Summary: I honestly wouldn’t rate this hotel even 3 stars. The room had no refrigerator – in Ibiza’s hot weather, that’s unacceptable (even basic motels have one). On top of that, there was no iron in the room. They ask for a €20 deposit to borrow an old, half-broken iron, which is ridiculous when the iron itself isn’t even worth that much. At the rates they charge (€1000+ for 3 nights), every room should at least have a working iron. The rooms are not soundproof, so you’ll hear noise from other guests all night. On the positive side, the staff were friendly, the location is convenient for clubs and the airport, but communication was a challenge since not all staff speak basic English – which is surprising for a business in tourism. Overall, overpriced for what you get.
