Summary: Honestly, didn’t love our stay at this hotel. First, we lose power in our room and that has to get restarted. Then, the fire alarm goes off at three in the morning and 30 minutes later we hear pounding on the doors. The pounding then comes to our door and the door gets opened at 3:30 AM by the front desk without any verbal communication. We were terrified we literally thought we were getting robbed. There was no apology. Then we found a cockroach in our room.
