Nice and cozy cottage in Santa Margalida, built on an estate of about 2 cuarteradas (approx. 15,000 m2), fully fenced and easily accessible by paved road and illuminated.
The house is spacious and comfortable, has about 180 m2 of floor area. It is distributed on two floors: Ground floor living room with fireplace, a double room with bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, juicer, kitchen utensils and washing boards, 1 bedroom sofa bed

From the ground floor there is access to a large outdoor terrace which completely surrounds the house where the pool is a large sun terrace with unobstructed views, from where you can enjoy beautiful panoramic views and contemplate unforgettable sunsets.
Surrounded by a variety of native trees such as almond, fig, carob, olive, olive, orange, lemon, ... and a block with a mare of pure German race, suitable for mounting (in agreement with the owner).
