Positive: We had a wonderful stay for few days in this tiny two-storey house, located in one of the best areas of the European side of Istanbul, in Bebek, with a beautiful view on the Bosporus. A good location between Bebek and Etiler. The owner/service company was easy to contact and very helpful in arranging the heating heating system. Everybody who is a bit experienced in travelling and exploring new places should not find any difficulties in opening or locking the gates and doors. The facility is not new, but generally in a good condition. The washing machine works nicely.

Negative: The house is located at the junction of two local streets and surrounded by them. There is not much traffic, although the roads are very steep and the cars climbing up the hill make some noise. It's true - the shower is not in a perfect condition. There are some traces of mold on the door corners.

Summary: Overall, the place is a fantastic retreat for those who want to explore the modern part of Istanbul
