The apartment is composed of 1 bedroom for two guests, a living room with a large sofa-bed, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows,wifi, heating and a dining table where you can dine with loved ones.
Complete with an equipped kitchen; you will find a fridge, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, basic cookware, coffee maker, and dishwasher for your usage.
The home is also complete with hotel-quality linen, fresh towels and complimentary toiletries to make your stay all the more comfortable and enjoyable!

This fabulous apartment is located in the very heart of the city, in the historical, vibrant area of Baixa-Chiado ( metro station is 200 meters away ) - close to everything and brimming with cafes , shops , restaurants and transportation. The Commerce Square , the 28 Tram , Chiado , Bairro Alto , Alfama or the Castle are all within easy walking distance.
The apartment is easily accessible to any part of town via subway, train, bus or taxi, and is perfectly located to explore all area in Lisbon! The nearest metro station is Baixa- Chiado metro and few minutes walk to the Restauradores underground station, buses, taxis and the famous tram 28 station.
Your check will be arranged with a greeter at the property . Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of EUR 20. Check-ins from midnight to 07:00 have a surcharge of EUR 30.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
