Our extravagant villa is constructed with the latest of architectural themes. White house with sharp edges, dark wooden details, large glass windows that can be pushed into the house for an indoor-outdoor living experience!
While staying here you will be equipped by great amenities in secluded privacy, which gives you that kingdoms feeling! The property offers stunning views of the tropical garden from all rooms and terraces. Spacious heated pool next to the large outdoor terrace with lounge area. Elegant alfresco dining at the bottom terrace and a chill out in the lounge area to unwind at while letting the BBQ work in order to serve you a delicious dinner. Rooftop terrace where you can relax, bask in the sun and enjoy stunning tropical sea views with only the sky as the limit.
The villa has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms for your convenience. The master suite comes with a private entrance to the rooftop terrace, a walk-in closet, and a luxurious bathroom with washbasins for him and her, a walk-in shower and a relaxing whirlpool tub. The other bathrooms comes with a walk-in shower. 4 of the bedrooms are equipped with a comfortable double bed and 1 of the bedrooms has two single beds. All bedrooms comes with ensuite bathrooms.
The ground floor consists of a smart open area concept with living room, dining area and a top modern wooden kitchen, opening onto the large outdoor area. Downstairs, you are also equipped with your own bar area, with pool-table and your very own gym for those sweaty gym sessions.
The villa offers you plenty of joy and top amenities which gives you and your company possibilities to create magical memories in your own privacy.

Neighborhood
El Paraiso is, as the Spanish name suggests, a paradise. One of the Coast's established prestigious urbanizations, this community is made up of villas and flats and enjoys a peaceful setting, which is preserved by strict rules governing the type of development that can take place within its borders.
A fine four-star hotel, El Paraiso, located within the urbanization, is known for its health clinic which focuses on wellness therapies and relax. Also on site is an 18-hole golf course with its accompanying club and various tournaments, including a celebrity Pro-Am, that are held here every year. To complete the sporting topic, five courts are available at the tennis club and there is a lawn bowls club as well.
All amenities are available at the community's commercial center, which includes a bank, supermarkets, restaurants, car rental and an array of other professional services.
El Paraiso is located approximately 10 minutes (driving) from Marbella and the heat of Puerto Banús, heading west towards Estepona. Not too far away from Marbella centre, yet very privately and calmly located. The nearest airports are located in Málaga and Gibraltar, each of which can be reached in less than one hour.
Other Things to Note:
• PetsAs much as we love pets, we need to know what type of pet you are planning to travel with before we can accept your wishes. Please just ask us in the chat and we will answer immediately.
• No PartiesYou are of course allowed to play music during the day and evenings but it should be on a level that do not disturbs any of the neighbors. From 10PM it shall be very quiet out of respect for your neighbors who live in Marbella full time
work during the mornings. If you are planning to party, please let us know so you can instead be recommended some 'party friendly' properties. There is also zero tolerance for using drugs in the property.
• AC/HeaterTurn off the AC while you are not at home and when you are checking out please. Keep all windows closed when you use the system for the best effect.
• Security depositPlease respect community rules and leave the property in similar condition as when you arrived except from cleaning. We want to return the deposit and if you respect the rules there will be no problems. Failure to respect the community (Party, loud music etc) will result in you loosing the security deposit or in the worst case scenario that you need to leave the property earlier than expected so please respect that.
• Check in is possible between 4.00-9.00 PM.Later arrival is also possible for a charge of 40 Euros (In between 9.00 PM - 5.00 AM).
• Check-out is at latest 11AM.
• You will get a booklet before your arrival with information of extra services: Airport transfer, car rental, daily cleaning, baby equipment, private chef, grocery stocking and also a guide with recommendations that we have gathered through out the years in Marbella.
