El Padul is an old village 13 km south of Granada, one of the most beautiful cities in Andalusia and Spain. El Padul sits at an average altitude of 744 meters above sea level and enjoys a temperate climate throughout the year. The city has grown in importance after discovering fossilized remains of Middle Pleistocene mammoths in the valley below, along with other Neanderthal and Neolithic finds.
The city is also located at the foot of the Sierra Nevada National Park, where you can go on wonderful trips. Granada can be reached by bus (approx. 30 min).
The House
This breathtaking holiday home is a typical Andalusian villa at 1.8 km from the city (where you can find restaurants, bars and supermarkets). Located in a quiet area, the villa enjoys breathtaking views. It consists of three large apartments, each with its own terrace. Guests have a swimming pool (8x5, open from June to September, on request in May and October), garden shower, barbecue, a small golf course (only green), a table tennis table and the possibility of renting bicycles. Internet wi-fi. Parking on the street in front of the house, in a safe residential area.

This apartment is 90 square meters and can accommodate up to 4 people. It is very quiet on the upper ground floor of the house and enjoys a wonderful view over the valley and the city of El Padul. To the right of the main entrance is a living room with two sofa beds, then a twin room with an en-suite shower room. On the left is a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette (electric stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer, washing machine), a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Internet wi-fi.
