In the town of Arties you will find this wonderful and cozy mountain house for 10 people, located next to the river, close to the town's points of interest, with an area of about 130m2.
Upon entering we found a hall, a room with a pull-out bed for 2 people and a bathroom with shower. On this same floor and with access from the house is the garage for 1 car, where you have a closet to leave the skis.
When climbing a level, we find the living room with kitchenette, with a large sofa where you can enjoy a well-deserved rest after a day of activities, in front of the fireplace. From the living room we access the balcony, which offers beautiful and relaxing views of the river, the village and the mountain.
Going up another level, we find two bedrooms with a bunk-bed for 3 people each, one with a bathroom with shower incorporated. The other bedroom is served by a bathroom with Jacuzzi located in the corridor on the same floor.
Finally, when climbing the last flight of stairs, we are in the attic, where we have a bedroom with a double bed that is served by a bathroom with shower.
It is an ideal home for a holiday with family or friends, the town of Arties offers many entertainment activities, both summer and winter.
