Positive: Met the unit manager on the ground floor, who gave me the keys after registering me with the security guards. The location is right next to everything, and it's a large, comfortable apartment.

Negative: Advance information about the meeting point could have been provided; I was only told to come to East Tower after I landed and took the taxi. The furnishings in Apartment 37-11 were all worn out. Water was leaking from the bathtub, and water seeped out from under the shower. Housekeeping wasn't done as requested, and I had to ask again; after that, it was completed. The AC remote was coded incorrectly; I had to recode it. Batteries in the TV remote needed to be replaced,

Summary: Great location, good facilities, simple check in check out process, furnishings worn out in 37-11.
