Summary: We were disappointed with our stay. The hotel did not provide drinkable water, which felt unreasonable given the heat—our only option was to purchase it from the mini fridge at a marked-up price. The air conditioning in our room didn’t work, and despite asking for it to be fixed, normal attempts to fix it were made. The front desk was often unattended, and when staffed, the service was unfriendly. They also advertise a shared social space with a bar, but during our stay, it was completely unstaffed and unusable. Overall, the experience didn’t live up to the expectations set by the hotel’s description.
