Villa overlooking the Mediterranean sea. Very sunny with large windows, decorated and equipped as a true family house. Ample outdoors facilities.

Going by the pictures of the property, the main floor has a very spacious living room with wide windows over the Mediterranean (some are floor to ceiling windows), a bathroom and a large kitchen. The kitchen has been renovated in 2019, looking for a more modern design and still more openness to the outside, with a floor to ceiling wall.
On the upper level we find the Master Bedroom (Bedroom 1), with en-suite bathroom and a private sitting/reading area. The matrix is large and confortable (2 meters by 1.6 meters). The bathoom has been fully renovated in 2019, paying special attention to a combination of modern design with safety. In this way the tub has been replaced by a "walk in" shower with no door, with special non-slip floor and some safety bar along the walls. We have ben responsive specially to our winter guests, mostly senior couples. All hot water is sun-powered (with an electricity back up) and quickly reaches every faucet in the house
Stilll on the upper level, there are two more bedrooms (Bedrooms 2 and 3) sharing an ample terrace over the sea. Matrixes were renovated in 2018, and are 1.5 meters wide by 1.9 meters long. They also share a third modern bathroom.
On the lower floor there is a very large bedroom (Bedroom4) with its own sitting and playing area, ideal for children (we have one portable crib for an additional baby).
The outside areas include a large porch with great sea views, a large and shaded BBQ area, a children play area next to the porch, a sun-bathing area and a garden.
The direct access to the pool is a short metal stairs at the back of the house
On the lower level there is a covered garage for one car and ample parking space for several other cars just in front of the door
You may notice that we have also included a picture of the outdoor children play area from the back porch, just to clearly convey the notion that the property is ideal for families with children: You can enjoy your time, while children safely play close to you, or play inside in their large bedroom with sitting and play areas.
Beach chairs are located at an auxiliary room on the right of the entrance gate (you have a picture of it among the property pictures), just at street level
The house is ideal for families or for friends sharing vacations together, but nor for bachelor parties or the like. You will be part of a very friendly and international community living in the area, and you will be expected to follow common sense and respectful attitudes.
