Costa-Rental S.L. welcomes you to our Beautiful 3 Bed Chalet with view over the river Guadiana in Ayamonte close to the center. Whether you are a family, couple or business traveller, this property offers every comfort for your stay.
We access the property through the large patio. We go inside and on the ground floor we have the garage where the washing machine and tumble dryer are located.
We go up to the first floor, directly to the living-dining room, furnished and with TV and Wifi for your entertainment. From the living-dining room we can access a terrace with sun loungers, table and chairs with incredible views of the Guadiana river, the bridge and Portugal. Here you can enjoy wonderful sunsets. The whole house is equipped with A/C.
Next to the living room we have the first bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes and access to the terrace. On the same floor we have a bathroom with shower and the fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for your stay, as well as access to a patio where you can enjoy breakfast.
On the 2nd floor there is another terrace with views of the river, sun loungers, table and chairs. Next to this is the second bedroom also with a double bed and fitted wardrobes. A third bedroom with a single bed, desk and wardrobe. This property can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. On this floor there is a bathroom with bathtub.
We go up to the third floor where we find a terrace with views, benches, table and even a barbecue.
The property has a fantastic located, walking distance to the center of Ayamonte. You can also choose between the beaches of Portugal and those of Isla Canela or Isla Cristina. Faro airport is about 45 minutes away and Seville airport is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes away.

- Check-in time from at 3:00 p.m. and check-out till at 10:00 a.m.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Beach towels are not included.
