Summary: Nice little room with classic European charm and comfortable space for two. Clean, functional bathroom. Hotel is located on a quiet side street close to many amenities and both tram and train stations. My wife and I only spent three days in Bordeaux as part of a much larger trip. This hotel served its purpose nicely. I would stay again. Breakfast was included, but pretty basic, pastry eggs and coffee. Staff is on site during business hours and via WhatsApp after hours, but otherwise you are on your own. Aurore helped us at check in and was very nice and helpful providing us with a map which she highlighted and marked places to find good food and sights to see in the city. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and had no issues.
