The Space:
The apartment has a private entrance and there are no neighbors above it, it is a small apartment house. It has a private terrace at the entrance with a table and chairs, perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner, it is a private and quiet area.
Entering the apartment we find a large living room, where everything is new, with a large, very comfortable sofa and a modern TV. The table for diners is large, new and is accompanied by very comfortable chairs.
The American style kitchen, new, modern and very equipped with everything you need to cook and live comfortably. It is open to the living room, giving space and making the room very comfortable.
