Positive: Beautiful garden, ground floor flat is spacious, good for adults tourists

Negative: For families with children, it could be completed, as no noise is allowed in the garden, no playing balls, kids noise etc. Smell from the farm some days was too strong. Not refundable policy if any days changed. Noise in the flat from other flats as there are some insulation issues.
