Positive: Location is the best thing about this apartment. It is very clean.pricing is fair.

Negative: Beds are a disaster. They are smaller than usual for two people. Mattresses must be changed definitely. Room windows are very old and because of that you can hear all noises even on the 5th floor. You cannot expect a good night's sleep.
