Positive: The apartment is comfortable and exactly as described in the pictures. Every room (except the one with one bed and no window) has air conditioning which is nice when it gets hot! There's a beautiful little beach about 10 minutes walk. It's very pretty and I preferred it to the long beaches of Pollenca. The kitchen is a bit strange, built on what used to be a balcony but we didn't use it so I cannot comment much on how functional it is. The Old town of Alcudia is close, less than 10 minute drive and Port of Pollenca is about 15 minutes.

Negative: I didn't like the location. The flat is located on a rather busy road and there is a restaurant/lounge bar right across the street, which is great if you want to hang there. From 12pm until 12am, you can hear lounge music non-stop. So between the music, the traffic and also the marina (where boats are being cleaned, worked on, moved by tractor, etc), we had to keep the balcony door closed most of the time to have some peace and quiet, which was a shame.
