Summary: Spa was the biggest disappointment - hamam (steam room) was without steam, jacuzzi with tepid water of 33 degrees Celsius and sauna was off until we showed up so had to wait almost an hour to get temperature to 80 degrees. Polite but helpless spa attendant and hotel staff.
