Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The room is clean, and the housekeeping staff are helpful. The hotel facilities are impressive, especially the fitness center, which is well equipped with modern exercise equipment.

Negative: The Premium Reception staff, which serves only Onyx Premium members, were not very friendly. I feel that all hotel guests should be treated equally, regardless of their membership status. The hotel is located quite far from the city, so foreign travelers need to plan their trips carefully. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was below my expectations; the food quality could be improved, and I experienced mild food poisoning after the meal.

Summary: Overall, despite some shortcomings, I would still return to stay here.
