Positive: We absolutely loved the location and the apartment is nicely designed and very well equipped. The bed is comfortable and everything was very clean. It was quiet at night but very close to the Alameda and easy to get everywhere.

Negative: We thought the terrace was private from the pictures - in fact it's on a roof surrounded by other terraces and directly overlooked by the apartment opposite. We also didn't realise this is one of many holiday rentals in a building, rather than living amongst locals. This meant the cleaners were there constantly, making noise in the patio as well as other tourists checking in and out to other apartments constantly. Even though they did try to be quiet, it was impossible to take a siesta, because the sounds echoed all around the building and actually sounded like people were coming into our apartment at times. Also, on the last day we wanted to leave our bags for half an hour while we went to get breakfast, but when I messaged the number given for someone called Ana, she replied with a laughing emoji and then left a bizarre voice note just saying "No...... speeeeeak..... Eeeeeeenglish". We speak Spanish so it was fine, but if you don't and you had a problem, I'm not sure how this woman would help!
