Located within walking distance or a five minute drive from the bustling market town of Orgiva which has bars, restaurants, supermarkets and a medical centre. The house nestles in stunning countryside with beautiful views and is a perfect holiday location with easy access to mountains, beaches and the historic city of Granada. The property is well equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, 42" TV and WiFi. The kitchen has everything you need to self cater in style and the stunning covered roof terrace enables you to eat outside or relax while taking in the mountain views by day and the breath taking stars at night. The sitting room is comfortable and spacious and French doors lead out to another eating area and then to the 8x4 meter pool. The garden is completely fenced in and provides a beautiful private space to relax and enjoy the natural serenity of the Alpujarras. There is one double bedroom with a cloakroom on the ground floor and a further two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the lower level; sleeping 6. Young children and babies are catered for with a high chair, toddler chair, travel cot, bed guards and a stair gate, but the pool is not fenced in, so adult supervision is required at all times. Rentals for the property are run Saturday to Saturday only in the high season. The property can be reached from airports at Granada 50mins, Malaga 90mins and Almeria 100mins. We strongly recommend that you hire a car from the airport.
