The living room, with a large new sofa-bed (recommended for one adult or two kids), has access onto a terrace with sea views.
The kitchen is equipped with microwave, electric hob, oven, coffee machine and galley area with washing machine and heater. The bright living-room has got a new sofa-bed and a flat-screen TV and a dining area for 4 people.
There are air conditioning units in both the living and the bedroom and fibre optic internet.
