Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: It's very central in Montserrat, convenient for car drivers. Tip: only drive on wider road on the map as the smaller routes may be scary for foreign travellers to manoeuvre. It's unique as it's like renting a four storey building for a stay. It's considerably clean and each floor was spacious. The beds are big and pretty comfy. The neighbourhood was quiet during our visit, giving us peace and serenity. The host was very communicative and warm.

Negative: Just a note that the place is not for travellers with bigger luggage as the stairs inside the house were too small for luggage to be carried up. Unfortunately, it's not as cold proof for winter travelling as not all the heaters were working well and the top floor showers were not able to pressure well and not heated as much. There's another bathroom on the ground floor which worked fine. The shower was pretty tight, and may not be suited for travellers who are bigger in size. For the price paid, I think it meets expectation.
